Prior to joining SAPA Transmission, Werner held many honorable positions, his final being Commanding General, U.S. Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), demonstrating his ability to deliver considerable results. His specialization in advanced mobility solutions for NATO has earned him the respect of colleagues and industry-peers alike.
